Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For credit card payments, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. For other payment methods, processing times may vary. We recommend keeping all communication regarding your return for reference until the refund is complete.
